74 & Glisan

Catholic Charities of Oregon and Related Northwest are partnering to develop 41 units of permanent supportive housing (PSH) on a Metro-owned site in Montavilla. The NE 74th Avenue and Glisan Street project, known as Glisan Landing, targets BIPOC, seniors, people experiencing homelessness, and others. Amenities at Glisan Landing include a community room and kitchen, laundry room, community playground, picnic area, telehealth space, community garden, and bike parking. For residents facing food insecurity, a food pantry managed by Catholic Charities will be available on site. Stone soup will also be on site offering vocational training to residents in their professional kitchen as well as running a café open to residents and the public.
